I was only expecting to have my dryer vent and ducts cleaned cleaned but when he saw the leaves on my roof it n each side of the house, h offered to clean the roof at a reasonable price. Then when he saw how my neighbor’s tree had overgrown across the fence we share and how my roof was full of all the dead leaves and branches were growing into the house structure and offered to trim the branches away from my house. All was done professionally and efficiently and at a reasonable price. I will definitely request Mike for future projects."

He quickly located the problem as the motor's starting capacitor through testing the resistance of the capacitor. He located a replacement. Then fixed another problem with the fan cage rattling against the sheet metal housing. I think he did a great job at a modest price. That's why I have his performance 5 stars. I would definitely hire him in the future for other repairs and recommend him to others."
