I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail. This was a partial fence replacement, but it's clear that more of the wood should have been replaced. This would probably have raised the price of the bid, but it would also have motivated me to do more price-shopping, which means that he would have risked losing the work. He made the work fit the bid as opposed to fitting the bid to the work. I might use him again, but I'd have to be much clearer next time about what I wanted done.

We hired Arnie with Fences Plus to build a new gate and repair a portion of our leaning dilapidated wooden fence. Arnie was extremely easy to work with. He explains in detail what is needed to complete the job, he is honest, does not try to up sell, and I found the price to be reasonable. We are very happy with the quality of our finished fence and gate. I would highly recommend this business to a friend!

Fences Plus did a fantastic job on our fence rebuild. Arnie came to look at our project within a few days of contact and got us a very reasonable estimate soon after. He and his colleague Danny worked efficiently and neatly to take out the old fence, set new posts and build the new fence all within 4 days. We love the new fence and will call them again for any projects in the future.

Arnie was very quick to look at my damaged fence. He prepared an estimate quickly. The only time delay was weeks of non stop rain. When the ground was dry, Arnie and staff showed up and had the fence done in two and a half days. Arnie also rebuild my side gate. Arnie's bid was lower than two other bids. His bill was less than the estimate.
