"Just got a hot tub delivered and needed the electrical run to it. Mark and crew came out and installed a 50-amp GFCI breaker and ran conduit along the side of the house to a disconnect near the tub. Looked way cleaner than I expected. Passed inspection and we were soaking that weekend."

To install an outlet from existing wiring, you’ll need to choose a location where you can already access existing wiring. The easiest way to do this is to install an outlet on the other side of the wall of an existing outlet.

The common, marked as COM or C, is one of the terminals found in your light switch. It houses the live wire that supplies the input voltage.
