"I hired Fence Doctor to repair a few sections of my fence that was damaged during the winter storm. Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "Since redoing my backyard was a fairly large project I had many contractors come out and offer ideas and estimates for the patio and deck. I decided on Highland Landscape because the owner, Lee Tavare, listened to the general ideas of what I was looking for and worked with me to come up with a design that was attractive and within my budget. Lee was here every day working and overseeing the job. Manual, his assistant was also knowledgeable, hardworking and a nice friendly guy. I was so pleased with the deck and patio I had them put in a paver deck around the pool and add a sprinkler system. Lee was patient and helpful- listening to various concerns and providing solutions and practical advice. The price seemed very reasonable for all that was done, there were no surprises and all the final bills came in a few dollars lower than his estimates. Lee is very knowledgeable in all types of construction which was nice for getting advice on various options and coming up with a workable plan for a beautiful backyard."

"Fredrick was awesome! There was a ton of prep work needed for this job the walls needed to be hand scraped then primed and painted. He was quick and efficient, and the end product was beautiful. He also handed the rental of the lift which is something I was asked to from others, as someone in the middle of starting a business it was little details like this that were so very helpful.
