Their price was competitive with the other two, but their communication and follow through set them apart . They were also able to measure, fabricate and install with outstanding quality, all within a few days. Others told us it would take two weeks. Moshe came out to measure and then put me in contact with David to answer some follow up questions that I had. "Jeff Arellano was subcontracted by Bob Palacios who had originally specced the job.  The two of them showed up a  few days before the job started to go over the details.  The day of the job his crew showed up on time and worked cleanly and efficiently.  At one point we had to get more rock as I had failed to get enough and we had trouble with a rock yard that I had bought stone from, but he knew where to go and he was able to find much better quality stone for the job.   Every day, at the end of the day, the work area was swept and the rocks put aside.  It was always neat and tidy.  But what was really striking was the exceptional esthetic quality of the workmanship.  Jeff has an artisans attention to detail with a workman's approach to the job.  He is the real deal, a great stone mason with a good eye.  And he's polite, all his crew are very well mannered and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy.
