"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"Tim and his crew were awesome! They installed the central heat and A/C unit in one day. They also installed 200 amp electrical service and repaired the stucco on the outside wall of the house where the breaker panel was installed. A true one stop shop. This is the first time I have ever written a review but I felt that their exceptional service and pricing should be shared with anyone looking for contractor to do what they do."

"This was a totally great experience. To start, for both the estimate and the installation, Don was there within minutes of the promised time. He and his crew were well organized, clean and polite. I watched to whole installation. They left the house neat and clean and removed all the old Heatpump pieces. His price was great. Its been running perfect for two weeks now. Thanks again Don!!"
