When on site he confirmed prices before starting the work and the carpets came up great. I wasn't really sure how well the tile floor would look after cleaning, it has been down a few years. The kitchen tile flooring looked like new after he had finished! I will not waste time and energy DIY again as his results were amazing! "I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
