"paid for them to clean my house as I was moving in and let me tell you they did a ****** job cleaning. I faithfully paid them without seeing the results as he only provided with pictures not great quality. Once I was finally able to see for myself not happy at all try to contact them personally did not get a reply back, I kept trying to get an answer and nothing. Yes he eventually answer but did not provide me with an answer nor with my invoice Sergio promise to send. I explained to Sergio what I needed cleaning prior to choosing his service as well as how big the house was if his company was not able to clean thoroughly why not let me know prior to paying. Dissapoointed that I paid for his service so I wouldn't have to clean and I ended up having to do it myself"

"Trust me when I say go with another contractor! To provide context, Payless Kitchen recently remodeled my kitchen including installing new cabinets, a new island, and counter tops with a full quartz back splash. I won't focus on the numerous delays but rather the end result, which leaves a lot to be desired. One of the more significant problems are the rust like brown spots on a WHITE (capitalized for emphasis) quartz countertop, which Payless has admitted are sealed underneath the counter top. Yes, they installed a counter top that has visible defects in my home. They offered $500 as a remedy without an offer to replace the defective product they installed, despite my immediate notice of the defects and their confirmation. I think its important to call out for potential consumers that this is one among many concerns. A few others are the discoloration that is already taken place on the full quartz backsplash and additional electrical work that will need to take place (i.e., they broke the mounting straps on two electrical receptacles). I will repeat the advice I rendered at the top of this post, Do not go with Payless Kitchen for your home remodel project!"
