He did a great job and promised that if for any reason I wasn't happy with the cleaning that he would come back free of charge.  He also gave us some spot cleaner and some shoe covers if we needed to walk over the still wet carpets.  I would highly recommend Scott and PacPro Clean and will definitely plan to use him again in the future.
