Two people came to clean and they performed maybe 25% of what they promised. I called them to come back to finish the job they claimed was done. Only one person showed up and with the wrong chemicals to clean and they were not able to clean the rest. They gave me excuses that some things can not be cleaned and nothing they can do about it. It was really waist of money. I gave them half of the agreed amount so they do not have to return to waist my time and money.

"Customer had a fire with uncleanable items with heat staining. Was not removable Customer was dishonest and wanted a band aid type job. He was given a considerable discount, he did not mention."

Kent was nice and the work was good. But, he never showed up in person to look at the damages, and the estimate he promised me was far too low. His team destroyed a railing for the repair, and that cost me an additional $700 to fix. In all, the project was $1500 more than what he said it would be. I had other bids for less in total. It was frustrating.

"There were more affected areas than were originally thought. 4 to five times greater once the area was opened up. Wanted a price without even knowing what was damaged. Railing was not savable due to drywall containing mold was underneath the railing, and had to be removed as well. Was not savable. Mold can travel, therefore an accurate account of repairs cannot be calculated from the get go. There was concealed damage discovered once job began. We are always accurate and fair. We even provided our service tech to help with all additional needs."

Kent Stanley, inc was the light at the end of the tunnel. Having been out of my home for two months while mold remediation and rebuilding went on, by someone my HOA hired...I hired Kent to handle the decontamination of everything in my home. It’s sometimes difficult to compare bids and services but I went with my gut. Kent is the owner of the company and he was the person who first came out. He was also the person who figured out where my leak was coming from. There was no outward evidence but his good sleuthing figured it out. His crew was efficient and polite. I was constantly kept informed of the status of my job. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this company for mold remediation and water damage clean up.
