"Roof done Nov 2024 and it rained Feb 2025 the roof leaked now and not before the work was completed. This is yor reply regarding your roof warranty claim: From our tech's report concerning your roof, the pre-existing low spots require a full roof replacement, outside warranty coverage. Previous sealant should've lasted ~3yrs. We understand this isn't very reassuring. We advise contacting other roofers for quotes. And this Hi Dorothy, We appreciate your feedback. When he's nearby, our Operations manager will personally check your roof for the leak and update you on his schedule. It has been a month and I have not had anyone contact me. The roof job was for preventive maintenance and now it is worse then before the job was completed. Very disappointed to spend all that money for nothing. I will tell and show everyone I know the text messages between your company and myself."

"If only ALL contractors and tradespeople were as good as this team. Great communication, follow through, honest, and ON TIME. Unheard of with most contractors these days. We were looking to replace our wood basement beam and posts with steel so scheduled Mark to come out and inspect. He listened to my concerns, looked at our property, and said while he would love our business recommended we save our money or use it elsewhere. Everything appears to be very structurally sound, great material, and normal. If we ever need work or if I hear of anyone that does, Mark and Jim are my first and only call."
