"Two individuals spend about 20-30 minutes accomplishing the recurrent tasks.  The lead person is familiar with other extra details that need to occur monthly, such as trimming vines and hedges.  He is willing to ask our neighbor for access to his property to trim vines that go into the neighbor's yard.  We appreciate these details as we like to promote good neighbor relations. When necessary, he will trim some trees and weed the yard.  I have two very dedicated individuals from JM Lawns working at my residence.  I appreciate their efforts very much!"

"They reached out to me on NextDoor and I had already asked 4 other people to come out for an estimate. They were the last ones and they gave me the best quote by far. I was also looking to lay some artificial turf and they said they would give us a good price for that too if we chose to go with them. They did the front yard, side walkway, and back patio in just 2 days. The 3rd day, they cleaned up. They worked very hard and very fast. I even had a bunch of huge hidden roots from an old tree that was there before and they had 5 guys hacking at all of them. There were no complaints from them at all. They also didn't try to charge me extra for that extra work. Customer service was really great. Carlos is a very nice guy and he never tried to push or sell me on anything. He responded very fast and politely to all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot of them! There was a section in our back patio that I thought was included into the quote, but he said he didn't know I wanted it done so the cost of everything turned out to be a little higher than first mentioned, but the overall cost of everything was still very reasonable and cheaper than anyone else I could find. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants work done fast with a reasonable price."

"The gentleman was on time and very professional. During the quote, he stated the job would be approximately $900.00 to remove and preserve the metal fence. I believed that to be a reasonable price. However, after receiving a quote for $1800.00 which is double the price, and the cost of a new fence is approximately $1300.00 I decided to go elsewhere and replace the fence."

"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."
