"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! "We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

Both bathrooms were complete demolition and remodel, and one needed to reroute the existing plumbing. All three remodels turned out amazing! Their tile and granite work are superb. They guided us along on all three projects, offering suggestions and pointing us to the right vendors to get our materials, all of whom made this overwhelmed couple feel very comfortable, and helped with the designs.
