When we selected Kelly, the installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation team arrived as scheduled, and was pleasant and easy to work with. One area's ducting was rerouted to address some inefficient air flow. Upstairs and downstairs were "zoned". Ducts were sealed and tested for leaks. All areas were left clean. After installation, a few tweaks were made to make our house comfortable throughout. The cost was exactly as quoted.

Excellent as always. I was able to get an appointment right after the Thanksgiving holiday and Ryan showed up on time put covers on his shoes before he walked in. Within an hour, Ryan had the problem assessed and resolved. I appreciate that he walked me through the process and was up front about costs. He even reminded me to schedule my service maintenance which I did as soon as he left. :) We trust Kelly's completely and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Ryan Bishop was the service Technician and he was excellent.  Called in advance to let me know he was on his way, through in his inspection and clear in explaining what he found.  He is a superb representative for his company and I would welcome his service in the future.  I am a Realtor getting this done on behalf of my client.  I have not used Kelly before but have now added them to my service providers list and will recommend them without hesitation.

My experience was excellent from start to finish.  I left a message at 7:39am and Anna called me back within 30 minutes.  She was so professional and very pleasant to work with.  Anna then had Ryan come out within the hour.  Ryan was even more professional and very detailed.  He explained everything to me so I understood and showed me the part that was faulty.  Then replaced it, did a check of the system and off he went.  I don't think I have ever had this level to top quality service from start to finish.  I will use Kelly from now on, for everything, I trust them that much in one meeting.  Thank you Anna and Ryan, you are the consummate professionals!

Ryan was really thorough in his evaluation of my heating and cooling systems. One small part in my heater was about to fail so we replaced it.  Kelly Plumbing was really thorough and professional, I'd really recommend them.

They suggested a good solution for the system and installed great equipment. They were very diligent and they also worked with me to document some rebate applications with California in order for us to get quite a bit of money back in rebates from California. They did a good job in terms of the heating system so I was very happy.

This was my second experience. with Kelly Plumbing. The first was to service my home's heater in 2013. Throughout both service calls, the technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I was completely at ease, had my questions fully answered and was confident that the service was expertly performed. Since my home was recently purchased, these services have gone a long way to easing my mind regarding the condition and long term performance forf both the heater and A/C. I highly recommend Kelly Plumbing.

We had Kelly Pand H install a new furnace, ductwork, thermostat, the whole nine yards, at the end of 2013 and were very impressed with them-at that time, we had them install an AC coil in anticipation of adding the AC later. The time came to have it put in, and again I was very happy with the service and the product.
We had an issue with a fuse blowing right after the AC install- turns out it was an ancient fuse from the original breaker panel and the Kelly team really went above and beyond to find a replacement fuse, something they did not have to do. They then had an electrician come out and install it! Really stellar service!
I can honestly say, working with Kelly Pand H has been a consistent pleasure...a rare thing in the world these days...every person that worked on my house was incredibly polite, smart, and respectful and we're quite happy with our new heating and cooling system (we've had the AC on frequently with this hot weather and had the heat on daily in the winter).
Although they were not the cheapest, their prices were fair, and within range of what I was quoted by other companies. I would highly recommend these guys and I will absolutely use them again in the future as the need arises.

I got two bids with all the options, including air conditioning which we didn't have, from very reputable firms, and chose the lower cost one. Once accepted, the work commenced within a week. Mario and Eric, the installers, are very skilled and meticulous. Mario recognized right away that the replacement furnace with the additional air conditioning coil cannot fit in the location of the original furnace, and suggested to me and Jim Kelly an alternate location which was accepted. He and Eric also figured out how to wire the second story thermostat for a two zone system, and installed a dedicated circuit with a minimum of wall openings. All the ducts were installed and sealed properly and new bigger registers and return air were installed in the first floor. They were very neat and meticulous. Ryan, the air conditioning specialist, also was very skilled and meticulous, and he hooked up and charged the system. The entire system passed the independent HERS testing despite the fact that the ductwork in the walls between the first and second floor were not replaced.
The furnace and the air conditioning system are much quieter and efficient than the original furnace which dated from 1986. The small team at Kelly Plumbing and Heating work very well together, are very knowledgeable, scope out the job, consider and provide alternatives, are adaptive, clean and efficient, and friendly and responsive.

Very nice and polite service person, attentive to needs and cleanliness. He did not try to up-sell and did not do a service that was not necessary. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an additional vent trap cleaning that I did not know about. He tested everything before leaving. I do wish to add that the senior discount is 5%, not 10% as indicated on list.

Obtained building permit, removed old furnace, replaced return/return duct, installed new Trane XL80 furnace, Trane Perfect Fit High Efficiency air filtration system,and Trane electronic programmable thermostat, installed damper in duct to second floor, insulated all exposed ducts in the garage, tested ducting, repaired leaks in ducts, and other ancillary work pertaining to the furnace installation. | |The technicians worked all day, from about 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for a short lunch break. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They appeared to be experienced, and were able to solve any problems they encountered. The system works as promised. | |I did not obtain a competitive bid for this job. After my research I decided to obtain a Trane furnace. Of the two authorized dealers in this area, I chose Kelly Plumbing and Heating based on the ratings by other customers. I dealt directly with the owner. The price seemed fair to me, and was in line with a very informal discussion I had with a Lennox representative at Costco. | |I was very pleased with the services Kelly Pand H provided, and will use them again if I have other projects in the future.

Our air conditioner stopped working a few days before some predicted very hot weather. With a baby and 3 adults in the house we wanted it fixed before the heat arrived. We called another AC company and they weren't able to help right away or give a definite time they could get to our job. After reading reviews in Angie's List and on-line, we called Kelly's Plumbing. They answered the phone right away and scheduled the repair for that afternoon. The repairman arrived at the promised time and promptly inspected the central AC unit and determined that the condenser was leaking and had tripped a fuse, which were both repaired on the spot. When we bought the house, the AC was not working and the AC technician who came then replaced a blown fuse, but apparently did not determine the cause of the blown fuse. We were very impressed with Kelly's Plumbing and plan to use them for both heating and cooling (and plumbing) needs in the future.

Competitive price. Excellent installation. Very happy with the outcome.

Kelly sent someone immediately. He was exactly on time. He did the job. He left. I would use them again.

Everything turned out excellent. The price was fine.
