"Tavo and Dany O did an excellent job clearing our clogged kitchen sink. . They were able to clear the drain what another plumbing service could not do 6 weeks ago. The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Anthony has done a wonderful job replacing my bathtub pipes at an extremely great low price. I highly recommend Rotor ER & Plumbing Inc. I panicked because I saw water on my downstairs ceiling because my bathtub upstairs was leaking showing the rectangular water print on my downstairs ceiling. I quickly called ER & Plumbing Inc. and Anthony came out immediately (same day witihin 30 min) and quickly assessed the problem. The pipes under the tub had a huge leak on a fairly new home (6 yrs old). The pipes were to large for the area under the tub which caused the pipes to crack. I am disabled and needed to soak my fractured back. Anthony showed up the next day with new pipes and all of his equipment and fixed the pipes the same day. Wonderful job and at a reasonable price. "Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"
