"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen. "I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

"We hired a designer to draw a plant map and Del Mar Landscaping did all the hardscaping and new sprinkler and plant installation. Their workers were all pleasant to work with. We had somewhat of a strict agreement detailing the number of plants, sizes, and their locations, etc...but they worked hard to make sure they go by everything that was in the contract, and they fixed any issues until we were satisfied. They were knowledgeable about drought-tolerant landscaping and installed two dry river beds in the new garden that collect rain water during the rainy season. Since we did not want conventional sprinkler heads, they installed literally hundreds of drip irrigation system at EACH plant location. A few months after the project was complete, some plants unfortunately died due to some disease but Del Mar Landscaping replaced those plants at no charge. They were responsive and they did what they promised they would do. We are very happy with our decision to work with them. Highly recommended."

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. The entire process from first to last was excellent and I cannot say enough good things about the way Alpha Structural handled the project. From the front office to the boots on the ground: A++"
