The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. "Israel and his team were excellent. Israel is very responsive and his team was skilled and worked quick. We had a washer leak that caused damage to our laminate flooring. We decided to remove all the laminate flooring and tile, about 1000 sq ft, and replace with vinyl it was demoed in two days and the new vinyl and base boards done in another three. We had several change requests throughout the project and Israel and his guys adjusted quickly to what we needed. The workmanship is very good, his availability and communication is better than most contractors I've worked with and all within a reasonable price. Requirements: remove 220 electrical from garage and install to closet buildout, install all required plumbing and venting. The main reason I chose UIC, Luis provided me a detailed estimate of the project, they arrived on time every day, and at the day, the area was clean. All UIC, team members were professional, knowledgeable, considerate of my property and pleasant to work with. Luis kept me informed throughout the process, including communications with Inspectors. Due to my husband's health it was necessary to "minimizing dust during the construction". Each day throughout the construction UIC, took every precaution and mitigated dust, as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the closet buildout. The closet that was once a "catch-all", for all things "junk", it is now a Laundry/Storage/Pantry.
