We decided to remove all the laminate flooring and tile, about 1000 sq ft, and replace with vinyl it was demoed in two days and the new vinyl and base boards done in another three. We had several change requests throughout the project and Israel and his guys adjusted quickly to what we needed. The workmanship is very good, his availability and communication is better than most contractors I've worked with and all within a reasonable price. All UIC, team members were professional, knowledgeable, considerate of my property and pleasant to work with. Luis kept me informed throughout the process, including communications with Inspectors. Due to my husband's health it was necessary to "minimizing dust during the construction". Each day throughout the construction UIC, took every precaution and mitigated dust, as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the closet buildout. The closet that was once a "catch-all", for all things "junk", it is now a Laundry/Storage/Pantry.
