I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

Requirements: remove 220 electrical from garage and install to closet buildout, install all required plumbing and venting. The main reason I chose UIC, Luis provided me a detailed estimate of the project, they arrived on time every day, and at the day, the area was clean. All UIC, team members were professional, knowledgeable, considerate of my property and pleasant to work with. Luis kept me informed throughout the process, including communications with Inspectors. Due to my husband's health it was necessary to "minimizing dust during the construction". Each day throughout the construction UIC, took every precaution and mitigated dust, as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the closet buildout. The closet that was once a "catch-all", for all things "junk", it is now a Laundry/Storage/Pantry. And, based on Luis' suggestion, installed a functioning sink in the garage, with hot and cold running water. The value of the service UIC provided is priceless."
