"The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

The main reason I chose UIC, Luis provided me a detailed estimate of the project, they arrived on time every day, and at the day, the area was clean. All UIC, team members were professional, knowledgeable, considerate of my property and pleasant to work with. Luis kept me informed throughout the process, including communications with Inspectors. Due to my husband's health it was necessary to "minimizing dust during the construction". Each day throughout the construction UIC, took every precaution and mitigated dust, as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the closet buildout. The closet that was once a "catch-all", for all things "junk", it is now a Laundry/Storage/Pantry. And, based on Luis' suggestion, installed a functioning sink in the garage, with hot and cold running water. The value of the service UIC provided is priceless."
