Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"Ben and his crew did a great job on our extensive renovation. We had them completely update our 80's home by removing a wall for the open concept great room, full kitchen remodel, both guest and master baths updated, can lighting, refaced fireplace and vinyl plank flooring throughout. Ben developed an aggressive schedule that had our kitchen and guest bath ready for use in three weeks and the entire job completed in 41 days. The tile man, Paul, was especially skilled with attention to detail that resulted in our kitchen tile backsplash and fireplace reface being favorite parts of the project! We would recommend being present for some parts of the job, like lighting placement and flooring installation to ensure the desired placement.
