Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "We had Luxe Design install new countertops in our kitchen and were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. The quartz countertops they installed look beautiful! Their craftsmanship is excellent, you can barely see any joints between the pieces. They did a tile backsplash also and it is flawless as well. I highly recommend this company for countertops and tile work."

"Since our remodel was not very large we were advised they would fit us in between other jobs, which was fine. However, while both owners were on vacation communication became difficult and I found myself calling and leaving messages to find out when someone would be coming by. Also, the measurements for our backsplash were done by Phil when he came out to give us an estimate. He was supposed to place the order so the tile would be ready when our job started. This didn't happen and the order was placed the same week our job started. The workmen were great, especially Ron, Nick, Mike and Vlad. Ron did an outstanding job with our ceiling texture and installing the lights. Ryan (one of the owners) made a point to come over and finish the remaining jobs after we returned from vacation. Overall, the work was well done and we're very happy with the results. Price was great and we liked Phil's attitude when it came to wanting our business (we got 2 other estimates)."

"We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen remodeling by Solid Construction & Design!! They remodeled our kitchen, painted our dining room and living room, and renovated our fireplace. The project took about 5 weeks and we are very pleased and delighted with the final results. We got to work with Oleg (the owner) who inspected our kitchen, gave us design ideas, and got us a detailed estimate based on our selection. We made a trip to their convenient showroom to make the material selections and JCruz was very friendly and helped us with that. Vitaly was our project manager and also did a great job coordinating the installation team. The scope of work included a full kitchen remodel (our kitchen is fairly large) - so the existing kitchen was completely demoed and all appliances were disposed. We went with brand new solid wood white shaker cabinets, custom Silestone quartz countertops (Cambria island), new tile backsplash, new laminate flooring & baseboards, painted the whole kitchen & dining area, installed new pendant lights, and more. They did everything (including hooking up the appliances, and also electrical work as well). We later had them update the LED lights throughout our whole house. We always recieved prompt attention and can surely say that Solid Construction and Design was a pleasure to do business with. We have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
