WATERPROOFING AND SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: Ensure that the substrate (the surface on which the tiles are installed) is properly prepared and waterproofed, to prevent moisture damage and ensure a long-lasting installation. TILE INSTALLATION: Work with clients to create custom tile designs for their bathrooms, kitchens, floors, backsplashes, accent walls and fire places, using premium materials like porcelain, ceramic, glass, marble, or granite. SPECIALTY INSTALLATION: Also offer specialty tile installations, such as mosaics, medallions, or intricate patterns that require skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: Provide maintenance and cleaning services for tiles and grout, to keep them looking their best and extend their lifespan. TILE REPAIR AND RESTORATION: Repair or replace damaged tiles, and restore older tiles to their original condition through cleaning, regrouting, or refinishing.

Top Tier Tile and Stone LLC is my go-to expert for home renovation and improvement!!! Oscar did all but hold my hand through my floor improvement project (the previous owners had installed some truly horrible carpeting). I decided to go with tile in my two bedrooms and office, and Oscar gave me amazing advice on which tile to choose for longevity and style. When it came to installation, no detail was too small for Oscar, he truly went above and beyond!! The tile was installed perfectly and I am still blown away by the precision and care that he took! I will be hiring Top Tier Tile for my bathroom renovation project and Oscar is always the first person I contact whenever I have home-improvement questions. I can’t wait to have another project for us to work on!!
