"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

Everyone that worked on the project was so nice, experts at their trades and respectful to our home. Our main goal when starting our renovation was to investigate a plumbing issue and he was able to locate the problem and fix it so we can actually enjoy our bathroom, which we are very grateful for.
