"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"This past June 2017, we had the very pleasurable and satisfying experience of having Kyle Beym Home Improvements perform work at both our home and our rental home as well. We contracted with Kyle to do such things as: redo the bathroom in our rental home, install new flooring in both houses for kitchen and bath, put in a new shower and tub as well as new vanities and mirrors, hang new security doors, install exhaust fans for both kitchen and baths, repair numerous closet doors, paint various rooms in both homes, hang a new exterior door, cut, measure, and install new floor molding, and so on. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. He took measurements and then provided a couple of different sets of CAD drawings for us to choose from. He provided updates to the drawings in a timely manner and helped us to make cost-effective choices. Sean worked with us to schedule the installation to coordinate with the work in our closet. The installers arrived promptly and completed the job as scheduled. The resulting closet is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. Our closet is oddly shaped and all the cuts/carpentry fits exactly. The drawers and doors operate beautifully and the aesthetic is just what we wanted."
