"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Douglas Toledo did so many jobs in my new townhouse and turned it into my home. From garage racks for increased storage to the wine rack you see in the picture. The wine rack settled to where it wasn’t square by a fraction and Douglas warranties his work and did the work to make it square at no cost. I give Douglas my highest recommendation possible. "I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."
