We use the highest quality materials, and work with several different paint manufacturers to provide you with the best paint suited to your needs, at the best prices. We are also lead certified renovators who will do lead safe procedures, providing the customer provides us with documentation of a lead test on houses built before December 31st, 1977. Like any other type of profession, you get better with time. We have been doing this for a long time. We strive to maintain very happy customers who in turn refer us to friends and family. Repeat business is our ultimate goal. The only way you get this, is by doing a great job. We take pride in our work. We are happy to hear our customers declare that we have done a great job and they would be happy to recommend us to others. AAA Painting Company,
We want you know that we hired AAA Painting Company because
we were impressed by the professionalism we saw at our initial meeting and
during the signing of our contract.
We are not sure if your company depends on word of mouth,
but our associates, friends, and family hire contractors based on word of
mouth. Please note that a family member recommended your company to us.
It is not clear what scenario led to the snub that your
workers gave us on the way out the door.
(Angie's list: I wanted to attach a picture here of the "snub"...When the worker re-hung the street numbers to our home they were obviously intentionally hung sloppily and crooked. Another contractor we spoke with even agreed that it was likely done as a final f-you on the way out.)
Was it the fact that we had an expectation that our entire furniture would be painted, even between the slats?
(Angie's list: Jason told me that this was as good as it gets as the sprayer could not cover fully between the slats. He did have a worker come by with a brush only after I insisted that it was unacceptable.)
Was it the fact that your crew was asked that paint left on our barbeque island tiles be
removed? Was it the fact that your crew was asked that our front door be
touched up because, as Jason said, a worker had put his hand on it?
(Angie's list: There is actually a hand print on my door. When I asked Jason to touch it up-note: it had been sprayed with paint initially-I watched Jason pick up a brush and sloppily go over the spot. It did not even begin to take care of the problem)
Or, did we get the snub because we did not have the cash on
hand to give to Jason on the way out the door? We want to explain that situation.
Brian is a firefighter and, as you likely have heard on the news, fires were
burning throughout the southland.
Brian had to be away, and could not get to the bank as he had hoped
before he had to leave. Because you had said that the door would be done at
0800 and the rest of the painting would be finished late afternoon/early evening
we assumed, incorrectly, that there would be an interval at some point where
Julie would be able to close up the house and run to the bank. We were not
eager to leave our home open, but when Jason asked for the payment Julie did so
anyway.
We want you to know that the touch up on the front door is
sloppy and that our patio furniture is not fully painted.
You may recall that we have recently gotten over a contractor
disaster. AAA Painting Company has done nothing to change our impression of
contractors. We have learned from past experience that you never let a
contractor back your home who has snubbed you. We liken it to sending food back
to the kitchen at a restaurant and expecting that the chef will spit in it.
(Angie's list: please note that we did not ask AAA Painting to return to fix the job. We had just been through a home flooding disaster and had been worked over by contractors. We were not up for another minute of nonsense. If it were not for the snub, we may have considered having the owner come out and make things right)
Therefore, we do not want any further work done by AAA
Painting Company at our home. We will hire another painter to repaint our front
door.
We just want to bring to
your attention that despite our neighbors admiring our home, we will never give
positive word of mouth for AAA Painting Company, nor will my family members.
(Angie's list: now that we have joined Angie's list we can pass the word to you that this is a less than professional company that we would not recommend to anyone.)
I used them years ago and knew to go back to them when work was needed.
I highly recommend them, they are professional, prompt and dependable.
No complaints
The tannic acid in the wood was strong (due to its long exposure to the elements) and it ultimately took 5 coats of paint to get a very good result. John's crew came back and repainted the cover, they got the job finished on the following Monday. They solved a very difficult problem, left me with a very good result, did it in a timely and professional manner at the agreed upon price.
"I am extremely shocked to see this posting, as this customer thanked me for a very good job and referred my company to a friend whom we did do work for, (in the Eagle Glen area of Corona), and they were very happy with the finished job. The color for the master bathroom, (as all colors), were chosen by her. It is very sad that she didn't like the color of the master bathroom, and told me several days after her job was completed, that she just couldn't live with the color. Repainting her large master bathroom and separate toilet area, (2 coats), for $250 including 100% acrylic Vista Carefree enamel paint, is an extremely fair price. I am sorry she didn't think so. As for the messy toilet. We are very clean and sanitary. Leaving such a mess is something I would terminate an employee over. There were other people than the painters in the house at the time the job was being done. I wish she had considered that before making this accusation. This was a house in which the homeowner was to have all furnishings moved and ready for paint. But, (as is often the case), very little was actually ready for paint. We moved many items and furniture for the customer, as a courtesy. Including a large flat screen television and her computer desk. She was asked, and said okay to unplugging the computer wires from the wall. Her computer was working fine. She is upset because she wasn't able to get on to the internet. We are not computer technicians and could not help with that aspect. This is something she should have made arrangements for, in advance to painting. There was no harm done to her computer or anything else in her home. If you closely read her complaint, she had posted it prior to having us back to repaint her bathroom. If she were so unhappy, why would she have us back? And why would she refer us to her friends? Also, at job completion, she told me that my employees were very considerate and conscientious gentlemen. She walked through the house and thoroughly checked out every room. She was happy with the job and thanked us for a good job, and all the extra work we did. It is sad to me that she would post this message, and never even gave me a phone call to discuss anything other than the color change in the bathroom. I always give my customers the final say, and would have gone through changes to make her happy, as I do with all of my customers. I only wish she had told me if she weren't happy with any aspect of the job. Please do not let this contradiction of her actions and statements prevent you from calling this very good painting company, that has done excellent work since 1984. Please check out the contractors license board and the better business bureau before acting. Also please call me if you have questions. I have very many previous jobs and contact phone numbers I can give you. See for yourself. What she has reported is nothing short of slander. My name is John of AAA Painting Co. Lic. #460872 Ph. (951) 685-1595 Thank You."
