"I was going to hire him for a few small jobs on my home. Some tile work, baseboards, toe kicks, install a shower door, fix a few holes in my drywall. Then I found out he is actually a GC. He painted my house and pony walls, my gates and a railing. Fixed all defects with my stucco, removed some security doors I had on my house. One of my friends said your house looks like one of those model homes a resort even! He even washed a slider window when done that a security door had been over and hadn't been washed in who knows how many years. I have already recommended him to others.
