"The owner of the company, Roland, stayed in good communication with us until the scheduled day of the project. His team of workers were neat, clean, respectful and worked efficiently to conclude the job in a timely manner. We interviewed and got bids from 6-7 other companies and not only did they not know how to do this particular job, their estimates were ridiculously high priced. Roland quoted us a very fair and reasonable price and it did not fluctuate. It was refreshing to do business with this company!"

"Excellent. David and his team worked with me throughout the entire process. A received a prompt call from David after my initial inquiry. He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. After reading reviews from others, I can say that I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to hire Fiber-Coat Deck Co. again for my next project and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you, David. A job well done. The deck looks awesome Work done: remove asphalt shingles, clean up and secure existing nails, lay down and screw in T&G plywood, install multi-layer deck coating (metal lathe, concrete overlay, fiberglass coating, fiberglass sheets, resin, texture, final deck coating/color)."

"My old kitchen chairs look fabulous and are very comfortable. The workmanship is flawless!"

"We hired JB Custom to do our stairs. He did an amazing job. We get so many compliments on them."

"I was very happy with the assembly and the little jobs he did in my daughter in laws house. I live in Nevada and bought my son and daughter in law who live in California an organizing system for their garage. I wanted it put together for them and secured to the wall. Axis was so easy to hire and work with. He showed up on time, was reasonably priced. My kids were very happy! I am saving his contact number!"

"I hired this company to repair structural damage to the frame of a loveseat and they did excellent work from the pickup all the way through the delivery. The experience is everything that someone should want and expect from a high quality firm. It was a pleasurable experience."

"We hired Ace Restoration and Construction Inc to do our kitchen remodel. My kitchen was so outdated. I had an idea of what I wanted but was also unsure of some of the things needing to be done. They helped us through the whole process. It was so fun to design it together and then watch it all come to life! If you?re going to do work on your house I for sure would recommend Ace Restoration and Construction!"

"Diego easy to work with took some suggestions and acted on them. Great work, job well done on both redwood and composition decking"

"We are very happy with the work that was done. They are very friendly, they show up and they do a great job! We will keep using them in the future."

"They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. I would definitely recommend Northgate Development to anyone in Bay Area needing deck repairs and/or replacement. Thanks for your recommendation. ~Stephen Teeple"
