"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process. We had changes along the way, and he treated all problems with calmness and found solutions to all issues. He is well seasoned and we trusted him completely. Our house is incredible, we are so happy. I also feel I need to mention how much our neighbors love the new house. They walked by during their daily walks every day during construction. Now they are stopping us outside and ringing our door for Sylvain s contact info now that he is finished with the project. We even have cars slowing down in front of the house to take a good look.
