Juan and his crew did an outstanding job on my backyard. He arrived promptly to provide a quote and was highly professional throughout the project. The crew cleaned the area daily as to provide minimal disruption and they completed the work on time and on budget. Juan supervised the work daily and the result is of the highest quality. I will use them again for future projects.

Working with Juan was smooth from start to finish. Juan called ahead and arrived to provide an estimate for the project. He listened to my concerns (including need to accommodate a difficult tenant and financial constraints) and was able to provide me a verbal estimate during this conversation that was followed up with a written estimate via email. I also received 3 other estimates and his was the most competitive. In addition to the specified work he also leveled and groomed the the earth in the area where the old deck had been. He has a can-do attitude and inspired confidence. He did not try to upsell me and suggested some less costly options. He assured me I would be pleased and I was most definitely happy with the finished results. Juan went above and beyond and is trustworthy, conscientious, and easy to work with. I was not able to be present for the work and Juan sent me photos of the work as it progressed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be hiring him for future projects.

Initially I was unable to contact him for further instructions and an invoice.Apparently he was in his car while I was calling He later came to the house and we had a satisfactory meeting. I therefore am changing my original evaluation.

CONTRACTOR NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH'

We wanted to improve the patio in our front yard and had a specific idea of what we wanted to do. We had worked with Juan on a previous project where he took our idea and made it a reality we still enjoy everyday. They executed the patio design perfectly, adding their ideas and nice touches along the way, improving it beyond my initial plan. Our friends and family really love the improvements. We are very happy, too.
