I needed to remodel my pool and have been getting quotes for over 2 years. They ranged from 15-30k, I have researched and read just about every review and looked at every gallery available. When Manny from Exotic Waterworlds gave me a quote, he was different from the others. He listened to me provided his opinions and options, and for the first time I trusted him and his suggestions. He was not the cheapest but he was able to provide what I wanted at a very fair price. He was a man of his word, when he said the crew would be there at a certain on a certain date they were there. And they were skilled. He communicated with me through ever step and actually picked up the phone every time I reached out to him. Manny is amazing and I am his biggest fan. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. I definitely made the right choice in hiring Manny from Exotic Waterworlds!

Manny and his crew are awesome. They built over 250 feet of wall, installed two block planters, poured over 10 yards of cement and install cement and bull nose brick steps. Highly recommend.

Mr. Manny's (Manual Griego) judgment of my block wall project was inadequate considering his online professional profile. His initial proposal mentioned construction of 94 linear feet of foundation which otherwise already existed on ground and its cost was unnecessarily included in the initial proposal as such. Hectic communication and effort had to be made with Mr. Manny to bring the final project cost to an agreeable amount during the construction phase already in progress. The project was completed by construction workers in a rapid pace and efficiently under Mr. Thomas's guidance.

Manny was on top of the project the entire time. His lead supervisor Thomas was extremely professional and answered all my questions and concerns. All worked very hard and had a pleasant attitude. I think anyone would be pleased with the quality of their work. Our block wall and re-built planter are absolutely beautiful.

Manny and Exotic Waterworlds provided an excellent result in their construction of our 200 linear foot cinder block wall. This was a shared project between me and my neighbors. Superior aspects of the project: 1) Comprehensive quote providing scope of work and materials with contract cost broken out for each neighbor participating in the project. 2) Competitive price. 3) Obtained required permits and scheduled inspections by City of Huntington Beach inspectors. Charged at permit cost. 4) Separate invoices for each wall partner based on specified ratios. 5) Manny visited the job site every day and was very responsive by text, email and phone. 6) Job foreman Thomas was accommodating in discussing the project with me and solicited my input when small design decisions were needed. 7) Demo'd and hauled off old wood fence, dug required footer and set rebar, poured concrete for footer, built cinder block wall, filled in grout columns as required and topped off wall in five working days. The crew of five worked 7 to 4 (with lunch) each day. 8) Pricing for change orders / work additions was consistent with the rate charged for the overall project. No gouging.

Manny s crew was at work at 7 o clock every morning and left every evening at 4 and completely cleaned up every day that they were here. Manny is the kindest owner of any business I ve ever met. We got three quotes for a block wall. Manny was the nicest person and had the best quote. Once we decided to go with his company he started the next day. His crew came out at 7am and worked to 4pm on the first day. On the second day they were here by 7am again and worked until the job was finished. They were very professional and did an amazing job.

Manny was awesome and the entire crew was wonderful. We decided to make a change after the pool surface was removed that delayed things on our end and for them, and he was super flexible. The pool is now gorgeous and completely modernized for a very reasonable amount.

We highly recommend Exotic Waterworlds, specifically Manny Griego and his crew. He kept us on budget on the project which was a 60 foot in length, six foot high block wall fence located adjacent to a downslope. They arrived early each day and cleaned up each day before leaving. The workers were efficient and knowledgeable.
