We are a full service engineering providing you with all that you need to submit an engineering package to your local city agency for your new home, home addition, new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), 2nd Floor Additions, Renovations, Bearing Wall Removal or Evaluation, Beam Calculation for Post Removal, New Home, Retaining Walls, Home Inspection . I am a licensed structural professional engineer. We are a family owned company and believe that quality, honesty, and fair pricing are the cornerstones to a trusting working relationship between home owner and engineer. We are a Christian based engineering company and conduct our business with the upmost ethics. We operate our business on a lump price fee. With this price, you do not end up paying massive amounts of change orders, or charged for comments back from the city. Our lump sum fee includes getting you all the way to permit. Jonathan responded to my request for a structural engineer within an hour. He was very professional and came to house to look at the project. Both Johnathan and Trina responded to my texts, calls and emails. Although this wasnâ t a large job, Jonathan gave me a bid and the completed project in two weeks. I wasnâ t sure who to contact, so I used Angi - Home Advisor and was connected with New Beginnings Engineering. I definitely recommend them if you need a structural engineer.

Jonathon was very accommodating and met with us on a Sunday because I had a flight to catch when he could have spent the time with his family. Mr. Jonathon Sipeâ s knowledge of all areas related to structural engineering is exceptional. Jonathon came to my house a few times to assess a wall tear-down and each time he came he took time to explain in detail all the various options of how to accomplish my project. Apart from his evident and demonstrated technical expertise, his attention to detail is another one of his great qualities. Jonathon is also very responsive to follow-up questions and takes time to explain things in simple terms. I also want to say a few words about Mrs. Trina Sipe, who I had the pleasure of interacting with as well. Trina was very helpful in all administrative aspects, especially with keeping me informed of project status, financial transactions, etc. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend New Beginnings Engineering for any structural engineering job!
