"It was a tankless job, and I chose Impact Plumbing to do it. I had three estimates for a new tankless water heater, and Nick's at Impact Plumbing was the most reasonable. What clinched it was his obvious knowledge of his profession and his forthright demeanor. He was easy to talk to and informative about the options. His work looks neat and clean and the heater selection is perfect, replacing an old Noritz tankless with an updated model.
