The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. "Found the main water line to the house broken and spraying water at 8:00 am.  Water was shut off by Water District folks by 9:00.  Joined Angie's List at 9:30.  O'Brien's Plumbing sent Jonathan and R.J. over by 10:30 and they had the break repaired, an inline shut-off valve installed and the water turned back on in under two hours. They even custom fitted a cover for the valve to protect it in the future.  They had the area cleaned up and were out of here quickly and professionally.  Great job.  Although it was pricey it was probably worth it.
