"Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."

"5++ stars! My home's exterior was cracking due to a poor job prior and drainage issues. Tom and Adam and the team not only gave me peace of mind moving forward with drainage, put in gutters, and re-did the entire exterior of my home (stained wood and stucco), but made it beyond beautiful!! They were communicative, timely, so easy to work with, and the end product is gorgeous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a construction project done and can't wait to use them again on my next project!!"

"Job took longer than promised and the communication between there workers was lacking and the work done on our house was very sloppy. Their workers caused damage to our antique bookcase and the job was set back because of Jeffrey's lack of communication & professionalism. This company wanted to try to convince us not to get a permit before the work began Vinent Acosta owner of this company is in co-hoots with his employee Jeffrey R to give false estimates & reports of work that does not need to be done. Jeffrey head bidder said and wrote an estimate for $3,150 that I needed to repair a hole in cast iron pipe under my house. Later this was determined to be a false estimate and an attempt to rip us off. We had to call them down numerous times to correct the work they did not do correctly. We would never recommend these people to do any plumbing work. They give a quote than later try to up the price which is very dishonest. They did not respect the integrity of the design of our house running exposed plumbing lines through rooms instead of the exterior stucco & wood. When they did set a time to do some work and correction work they did not show up or call us to reschedule. The workers they sent out to our house to do the work arrived with unmarked cars and plain clothes appeared to be subcontracted and wanted to try to begin the work without showing me a permit that I had asked for a week prior. Initially they tried to convince us not to get a permit to do the job. After paying them $15,000 we are left to hire another plumbing company to finish work they promised to do but failed & refused to do. There technician Jefferey demanded full payment before the job was fully inspected. I would rate Alpine Plumbing & Rooter less than a one star. Beware of lack of honesty and false promises. We regret ever hiring them we were given a 3 day promise that the plumbing job would be complete when it took them almost a month."

"Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"This is the second time I have used AGA. I called AGA because they did a first class job for me on unrelated work. They were just as responsive this time as last time.A flashing on my roof failed and caused a huge leak. My homeowners insurance would only cover visible damage. I needed someone to look further to see whether there was damage in the attic. I knew that I had about one year left in the life of my current roof. To repair the damage to part of the roof and then face a complete re-roof in a year did not make economic sense, so I opted to have them replace the entire roof. The work was done in a professional manner. They cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Thank you to Manny who was very helpful throughout the process. A special shout out to Tami who maintains the office. She keeps everyone informed of all procedures in a timely and efficient manner. I think I called her a "jewel" in a previous review, and I second that call now. Whenever any construction work is being done, it can be stressful. She makes sure that the stress does not happen."
