I can't recommend Padgett Plumbing & HVAC—and especially Jeff Padgett—highly enough. Jeff showed up within just 2 hours of my service request, which is already impressive. But what really stood out was his approach. Instead of pushing for a full replacement of my tankless water heater, he took the time to process a warranty claim for the heat exchanger directly with Rinnai, saving me a lot of money. While the part was being shipped, I went on a family trip, and Jeff stayed on top of everything. As soon as I got back, he was at my house the very next day to install the part and make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare these days to find someone so honest, committed, and equipped to handle any challenge with such professionalism. Jeff’s not just doing a job—he truly cares about doing it right. That level of integrity and dedication is why I’ll always recommend Padgett Plumbing & HVAC.

Jeff's service was fast, efficient, and prompt. We called him after we noticed our AC was blowing hot air. He came within a few hours and was able to quickly assess the issue. He gave us multiple solutions with our budget in mind. He returned the next day and replaced our entire HVAC unit in the DEAD OF SUMMER, always with a smile on his face. We have since relied on Jeff with all of our plumbing needs and recommended him to friends and family.

Jeff responded to our emergency call on a Sunday morning for water that appeared on our dining room floor. He was able to quickly detect the hot line slab leak & provide the solution of doing a reroute with a new pex line above ground. He was friendly, kind & patient in answering all our questions. He completed the job in no time & even made sure the place was clean before he left. We very much appreciate his excellent service!

We met with Jeff at our home and he did his inspection of our bathroom. We wanted our shower remodeled, a vanity and a toilet installed. He gave us his honest opinion and suggestions to save money. He started the job within a couple of days and little by little, he found so many issues. He found termites, mold and corroding pipe. After showing us “the mess”, he worked with us on pricing and took care of us completely. Our bathroom is transformed and I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need work done on any plumbing/remodeling needs, reach out to Jeff and his company. You won’t regret it. A++ job!!
