CRBR - Cleanrite Buildrite of ChicoWorst experience I have ever had with any business DO NOT hire cleanrite buildrite. Their workers are incompetent they can't tile floors they can't patch drywall, they cant leave a job completed and they take months to do anything. After five minute of them being in my house they threatened my wife several times that if we didn't pay whatever they wanted they could take our house. The tile they laid in our bathroom and laundry room is completely uneven and the grout is all different colors they said they could "sand the tile down to even it out". The drywall they patched is falling down, they damaged my brand new laminate floors I had installed by a different contractor and said " we can put some putty in it". Their billing department is a joke they have no idea how to file an insurance claim, and when they get paid by the insurance they will automatically try and charge you $3600 they do it on every claim they are scam artists.- Derrick D.

Professional PaintingThis company really goes out of their way to please, and do a good job. I hired them the first time to fix a crack in my living room ceiling and to paint it. They did a great job. Next I had my home painted on the outside, the owner helped me out with the colors I wanted and I am thrilled with it. So they are finishing up on my deck. And it looks like brand new again, only better. I am so thrilled. They also clean everything up when they are finished.- Geri J.

JD & Son PaintingJerry Jones, fixed many problems left by the last painter and did a job that looks to last a long time. I have a large wooden awning over my patio that had cracks everywhere from drying in Redding's heat. He painted and rolled until it looked new. I think his paint job will last a long time. Currie's Quality PaintingQUALITY WORKMANSHIP. We commend Currie's Quality Painting for it's outstanding workmanship in painting portions of our home. We had a water damage loss last year which resulted in serious paint damage to our kitchen, dining room and other rooms. We remembered that Jim Currie of Currie's Quality Painting.had painted our house inteior originally over 20 years ago. He remembered it also and recommended repainting with similar coloring. On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call. Very unprofessional !

They told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
