I am a full-service licensed and bonded General Building Contractor. I do all of my own work with the help of one subcontractor, and my three adult sons (if needed). My wife and I run our business with the highest of integrity and base our reputation on satisfying our clients. Many times I have been called in to fix the mistakes of a handyman. I am happy to give you a free estimate based on a quick meeting at your home or project site. If your project requires simple plans to be drawn, I have a degree from Shasta College in Drafting. If you do need plans, advice on options for your situation, or an exact bid, I will have to charge you for my time in researching, drawing up, and writing the exact specifications. However, if you hire me to do the work, you will receive a credit for the amount you paid for the specifications.
