If I could rate Max a "10" , I would. He did a great job installing a Viewrail glass railing system for my second story balcony. Incredibly easy to work with and very responsive.

I had the lucky to find Max and hire him to work on my fireplace last year. The work was one of the best that I saw in my life. Max is very organize and keeps a very clear communication. I'd recommend him any day.

He responded immediately and came over as needed. Although his cost was reasonable, you may find somebody a little more inexpensive. But overall you need confidence between quality and what you paid for the job. He is the one who can give you total confidence.

Max Minahans just finished installing new bathroom doors in my condo. I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. I will have additional projects coming up in the future and am so happy to have the name of a dependable and professional and polite contractor. Tom Karam

Max was very professional and I liked him from the moment I met him. He was very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable about the deck repairs needed. He arranged and met with another professional regarding the coating of the deck once he had repaired it. It was clear from that conversation that he knew what he was doing. He was very good about explaining alternatives to me so I could make informed decisions. I even hired him to do another plumbing project while he was there and he handled that with no problems at all. He has very high standards and was very clean and neat. I would hire him again and have already referred him to a friend.
