"Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. "We have a rental in Lancaster, and the tenant called to say that one sprinkler zone had been running for about 2½ hours.  I tried to talk them through looking for the valve, but it wasn't successful.  I called Josh based on the stellar reviews here, and got his voicemail.  The ONLY negative thing I'll say about him is that if I hadn't read the reviews, I wouldn't have felt confident based on his outgoing message. 
When he called back (within 10 minutes, by the way) those less-than-confident feelings were completely assuaged.  He just happened to be very close to our property, and said he'd stop there on his way to his next job.  He was there in 5 minutes.
He shut the valve off, and called to tell me that it was a bad solenoid, and also another valve was leaking.  I told him that I knew he had another job to go to, and that I had a regular gardener who could make the repairs on his next trip.  I thanked him for the speedy trip, and asked him how he'd like to settle up, i.e. credit card, check etc.  He said, "If your gardener can do the repairs, then don't worry about it, you don't have to pay me, I was right here."

They were extremely punctual and finished the job in the time they said they would. Employees wear uniforms and are very courteous. They treated my house and property with the utmost respect. WP Roofing has been in business since 1949 and their experience definitely shows. The foreman, Payton and the front office communicated all aspects of the job as things progressed. Never once was I upset with not knowing what to expect.
