Excellent and clear communication by David from bid to job completion. Had stucco walls insulated, which included drilling two holes per stud cavity, filling with fiber insulation, plugging holes with styrofoam, patching stucco, and finally painting to match the existing house color. Paint work went above and beyond to ensure that the new paint blended properly into the existing house. Most other insulation companies won't bother with the fine details like paint - it's really nice to have it all done by one person for nearly the same as just the insulation done by someone else.

From the first phone call to the finished job, Chad was AMAZING! I was educated yet not “sold!” Chad was friendly, professional and beyond attentive. I would recommend Elite Thermal to anyone looking for a proficient insulation company.

I called Elite Thermal and left a message requesting an estimate on wall insulation. I received a phone call back the same day from David. He went to my house within 2 days and gave me an estimate via email. I was impressed with David's knowledge and the quick responses he gave me for all the questions I had so I proceeded to have Elite Thermal do the insulation for me. David kindly scheduled the insulation to take place to accommodate my schedule at work. On the day of the job, David made sure to text me to let me know their ETA. He and his team came on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job patching the holes. David also honored the Angie's List discount for me. All in all, I was very impressed with David and Elite Thermal and very happy with the service I received and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have a 2 story house, attic spaces above both stories. David Burgess, the owner, responded to my Email enquiry quickly and was out within 2 days. His evaluation of our situation included taking pictures of the areas of concern to maximize our information. He gave us unlimited time to discuss options, varieties of insulation types, make his recommendations. Based upon his recommendations, his experience and obvious depth of knowledge, and a little research I did, we decided to go with him for the project. The solution was blown cellulose for attic floors, fiberglass batts for vertical knee walls, and sealing of all air spaces. The estimate document was thorough, the price was fair. David and his 2 workmen showed up on time, carefully prepared all areas for minimal dust and dirt impact. Throughout the 2/3 of a day his workmen were here David periodically showed up to check on progress. When the work was completed and clean up was done, David was immediately out here to inspect the completed project. We did a walk-through, again he had taken pictures, showed the completed work. Throughout the process everything was clear, up front, the work was done completely according to our agreement. David and his workmen were professional, prompt, very friendly, extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for more. I'm impressed with Elite Thermal, recommend them highly.
