Much Gratitude? Our original HVAC had been failing for some time, and we knew a new installation was inevitable. We also had the choice of several vendors, and did our research on each. In the end, Mason was the best choice we could have made. The options were clearly laid out with choices for each, and more impressive, Mason made a point several times of recommending less expensive options when our natural assumption was that more was needed based on the previous model. New HVAC Technology has definitely made leaps and bounds in recent years? That?s Mason for being the honest broker. 2 residential installations later, we have already referred another 15 more to you!

Mason was just awesome. He made sure that we were informed at every step of the overall planning, implementation, and general upkeep of the system that he installed. This was important to us since it?s no secret that these systems aren?t cheap! With that being said, we definitely felt assured that the job would be done correctly and thoroughly. Mason?s attention to detail was impressive?from the initial walkthrough where he explained all our options clearly, to the final installation where everything was tested and double-checked. He was patient with our questions, never rushed us, and even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I had my Central A/C unit serviced recently, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mason arrived on time, was extremely courteous, and CLEARLY explained the work being done. He cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant levels, and made sure the system was running efficiently. The difference in performance from my unit was noticeable almost immediately! Cooler air and even sounded quieter than what I was used to hearing! I appreciated his transparency and fair pricing. One word: AMAZING. Mason did an exceptional job installing new ducts for us as our current ones needed to be replaced. He did a great job during the installation and also kept me updated with things he noted himself about the prior installation. I hadn’t serviced my unit since getting the home so he was very insightful on things to look out for! Mason also cleared one of our pipe fitments because I had mentioned that we had noticed a leak and that I felt like we weren’t getting nice cool air for some time now.
