"Over the last three days we had a new Bosch air pump system installed at our home. Tony and Luis were a great team, working together, to get the job done on time. They were very polite and cleaned up their workspace at the end of each day. They ran a 220V line, purchasing a hard-to-find new circuit breaker dedicated to the heat pump, threading a 220-V line through our ceilings from one side of the house to the other. They repaired places where the ductwork had come loose. And, of course, making the necessary ductwork routings to keep the system super quiet. They also installed a new secondary drip pan as well as condensate tubing and a new humidifier. It was a very big, complicated job. They were so thorough that they repaired the drywall dings and painted with our paint we had on hand and they even took out an old decaying concrete pad that the old equipment rested on. They were friendly and easy to communicate with and, above all, very proficient and efficient at their job."

"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

One of us has Lupus and get very sick from extreme heat like we have had recently. It was the same day as the West Fire in Alpine. Omar came out the next morning and gave us two options he could do right away, we made our choice and he did just that, got to work. Omar was very polite and showed concern for our situation.
