"I asked Vadim for a quote for a new furnace, which he said he’ll give but he will also check it and make sure that it’s not repairable! Better yet he told me it only needed a new filter! He said he did all the diagnostics including CO testing and if it’s emitting hot air and he said all is well and that all I need was a new filter! He did say it was rusty but does not need replacement. I asked what I owe him and he said he didn’t fix anything so I didn’t owe him anything. He just checked it and that was all!
