Was very communicative and showed us the problems and talked us through the repair at every juncture . He noticed the parts at issue had unusual wear for the washer only being 2 years old and suggested we call Samsung to see if they would cover the cost of the parts. We tried and couldn’t get a live person from Samsung and even tried Costco to see if they could connect us to Samsung but Costco Concierge just kept repeating that our warranty just expired. Emmanuel was the best part of the entire process and we highly recommend his service.

Great! Radu determined the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled a follow up appointment. When he returned to install the part he cleaned the inside of the dryer and replaced the vent hose. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and will definitely use him again when needed.

From the first call I had confidence that Radu was competent and honest. He gave a very reasonable estimate to completely inspect for gas leaks, fix the issue and clean the dryer. He fixed the issue and because the dryer was clean, he charged me less than he estimated. I will hire him again!

Radu was professional, punctual and competent. He diagnosed the issue with my Samsung refrigerator almost immediately and fixed the issue in less than 20 mins. There was a part missing and he promptly came back once the part was available to fix. I would hire him again.
