The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."

"They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for window replacement work. Gary Chern provided a very clear presentation of the company and the windows they offer with various options. Larry Khimich was very communicative with the details of the scope of work and their crew did an excellent job. They damaged one lawn decoration that we discovered later and they provided payment for replacement of the decoration. Mistakes happen and they made good on the damage. They did the work in October and it is now the end of March. No problems and we are very happy with our new windows!"
