"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

They had good communication, answering several questions prior to the move and did a final confirmation just prior to the move date. "I called United Prime Van Lines only 1 week before my move - they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator.
