The installation team did a wonderful job, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. "Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."
