Ivan responded to me immediately when I sent a request for a quote to wash the windows (inside and out along with the screens) on my two story home. He set up an appointment the next day to come and give me a quote. He arrived right on time, walked around the home and gave a very reasonable price. He then said he would check his schedule and let us know when he could do the work. He called back within 1/2 an hour and set a date and time 3 days hence. Again, he arrived right on time. He did an amazing job on the windows, two sets of patio doors, and two skylights, inside and out, as well as clean the screens and the tracks. He was efficient, courteous, and made sure there were no spills inside. I would highly recommend him!
